How do you ship?

I use USPS Priority mail, with insurance. My goods are lightweight and unbreakable, so this is the most convenient and inexpensive shipping method. I’m happy to ship via your favorite carrier.

When can I expect to receive my order?

~ I usually ship within 24 - 36 hours, for retail orders.  

Customer satisfaction policy

I want you to love what you buy from Antrim Street Studio. If something is amiss, call us within five days of receiving your package.

If you receive a piece that you consider to be defective or damaged, we offer these possible solutions: we can repair, replace, credit it towards another piece; or offer a full refund, including return shipping costs. 

Or, if your piece doesn’t delight you and just isn’t what you envisioned, call to request a full refund, minus shipping costs.

What is your privacy policy?

 I will never share your email address or any other contact information I have for you, with anyone.

I would like to own or give gifts of your scarf tying booklet. Can I buy some?

There are two ways to get the booklets.

1. Download any page of the booklet from my Scarf Tying page.
2. Printed booklets are $3.00 each plus postage - email or call to order.
